📸 Refund & Cancellation Policy –

1. Booking Fees / Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of [X]% of the total service fee to secure the session date and time. This deposit ensures the photographer’s commitment and covers initial planning and administrative costs.

Non-Refundable: The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including client cancellations or schedule changes.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A. Client-Initiated Cancellations

• More than [14] days before the session: The client may cancel and receive a refund of any payment made, excluding the deposit.

• Less than [14] days before the session: No refund will be issued. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of the photographer, subject to availability.

B. Photographer-Initiated Cancellations

• In the rare event that L D Manning Photography Inc must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a full refund, including the deposit.

• If possible, a qualified replacement photographer will be recommended.

3. Refunds After Services Are Rendered

Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final once services have been rendered and the final images delivered.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

• Client’s personal appearance

• Subjective preferences

• Change of mind

We work closely with clients before and during the session to ensure satisfaction with style and expectations.

4. Image Delivery & Turnaround Time

Final images will be delivered within [14 days/weeks] of the session unless otherwise specified. Delays caused by external factors (e.g. weather reshoots, client response times) may affect this timeline.

5. Reshoots & Edits

Reshoots are granted only in cases of:

• Equipment failure

• Major technical issues

• Photographer error

Minor retouching requests may be accommodated at no additional cost. Extensive edits or additional retouching may incur a fee.

6. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, government orders, illness, etc.). In such cases, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or resolve the issue amicably.
